I have been renting a property through Cobbles Estate Agents for 3 years. This month I have had to leave the property as I am buying my own property and the landlord is selling their property (great timing). From the beginning of the letting Cobbles have been excellent in supporting the tenancy agreement and ironing out any problems that needed to be addressed through maintenance (which was not many to be fair). The agents came out and inspected the property, always giving notice and good feedback. At the end of the tenancy they recommended cleaning company and within 2 weeks I have had my full deposit back.
